On June 20, AESW held an open day for specialists from secondary vocational and higher education institutions.

We organized a tour of the rolled products and hardware shops as well as the oxygen station. In addition we held a conference with plant representatives headed by the CEO. 

– During the tour, the guests learned about the specifics of the production of rolled products, galvanized and copper-plated wire, air separation products and visited the workplaces of specialists. The participants appreciated the modern equipment, the well-coordinated work of the staff and the cleanliness and order in the workplaces.

– The conference included a dialogue on targeted training and the possibility of attracting graduates to work at the enterprise. Educational institutions presented areas of training for future specialists, retraining and advanced training programs.

Following the meeting we agreed on further cooperation and interaction with representatives of educational institutions.
